I guess Cindy doesn't accept appointments anymore even though she didn't say so when I called, she just said come in. Even though I was at the front of the line (she was also 10 minutes late past opening) she still insisted on taking 2 clients ahead of me anyway so it matters if she likes you because this isn't the first time she's done this to me. When she asked me how much length I wanted to be cut off she said something under her breath in her native language as if an insult, which was offensive. Bottom line I'm not going to be treated in a rude way anymore because I do have choices. Cindy needs to remember this is a small town and that type of rude treatment doesn't go unnoticed!
horrible place, the lady is very rude and disrespectful, I drove 45 to get a hair cut, she knows how to cut hair, however she dosent know how to treat customers, always rude and making faces , im just saying with out. customers their wouldn't be any buisness so why not treat your customers right,
I forgot which salon I had my appointment at and guessed here. They said nope but said they'd do my nails if I wanted. And they did and it was half the cost of the other one. I got LA Dodgers colors and although they didn't have a Dodgers stick on logo the technician did it by hand and it looks great.
Wow! I have never been treated so rudely! A friend had mentioned the Holiday Hair and Nail Salon in Tehachapi. I called to get an appointment and was told I didn't need one. I explained I was 35 minutes out and did not want to just drop in. Reading other reviews it sounds like if you just drop in you may wait for a long time.The woman who answered the phone did not give me her name, but I am guessing she is the owner. Anyway, she was very, very rude and unaccommodating. When asked for a particular day she said she was busy!! Must be nice to be that independent. I just told her never mind and ended the call. I will find somewhere else.
Stay away from this place, My friend recommended me for good hair cut but when I get there, the old asian lady looks at me at the head to toe with out any greeting, I know their is not too many asian in this town but she should not disrespected anyone. When I see that looks I just left I got money to pay. Really bad business here Stay away!
