This place is hard to get a same day appointment at, also their prices are ridiculous. It is now $130-$150 for me to get highlights and a haircut. No thanks I'll figure out how to do my own hair. It is $30 now for just a haircut so I'll pass.
I've been a customer since 2011 and the Grove City location is a joke. Want an appointment for same day men's haircut- well you have about the same odds as matching all six numbers in the powerball for three consecutive drawings. Love my stylist however I'm looking elsewhere. I'm taking my business someplace that appreciates a regular customer and values repeat business.
Horrible experience, unfortuanatey. I have used this location before but when I went in yesterday and had Jeri cut my hair, it was an absolute disaster. I cut off 7 inches of hair and went home to an uneven, chunky, horrible mess. My hair is all supposed to be one length. One side looks great but the other side is multiple lengths and choppy. Thank God for Bobby pins and I will never use this location again. 1/5 stars. Don't go in there when it's busy because they'll just put your hair in a pony tail, chop it off, and be done within 10 minutes. My poor hair!
Second time coming here, this place is simply amazing, both times I've been here I had awesome stylists, and they do a great job! They hire the best here, the place is clean and everyone is very friendly, this is my go to hair salon.
Don't waste your time going here spent an hour here and left the two girls working did not let us know how long of a wait it would be not customer service people won't be back
