Been going here for years always great customer service, great prices & always the design I'm looking for.
nails are always messy and they always rush. they use the same gloves over and over again on different clients. not sanitary at all. the salon is not up to date and there is never anyone in there. the owner is nice but they don't have many colors to choose from and the prices are kind of high.
I just left this place and the man working was nice but at first he tried to charged me $50 for a gel pedi! Not sure if I was going to have a 3 course meal and champagne with it but super over priced! I then told him it was expensive and was walking out the door and then he asked if I wanted "spa" or just toe nail paint and I said no I just want my toe bails painted and make sure they are cut and cleaned, he said it would then be $25. Please note that I've been to nail bars in California (I'm from California) and I get a very beautiful gel pedi and mani with massage and champagne for $45 & California is an expensive state. Anywho, I left very UNSATISFIED! I told him to cut my nails square and I he did oval square instead and then he did not even cut my cuticles nor clean under the nails or even check if I had hangnails! I should've just gone to Walmart or target and bought my own gel polish and did them myself. You know it's bad when I'm sitting here cutting my own cuticles.
