This place was okay... The decor was adorable. We just could not justify the the cost with the service. The people were bland and quiet (especially for a place that is supposed to for kids). We felt like it could have been quite a bit better for the cost.
I was out of town and trying to find things to do with my 20 month old since the pool was closed at the hotel. We thought let's get his hair cut and I found this place and was wow'd. This would be his 2nd haircut and it says it works well with all different kids and it looked fun!! Well he lost it when they put the cover around him so I asked if we could keep it off. I showed them a pic of what we were looking to get and even tried to help as she had me hold his head as he was throwing a raging fit. His first hair cut he didn't cry once. I know at his age anything was possible but she seemed very annoyed. Well his hair is all jacked up and looks nothing like the pic. It's crooked and way way short and she chopped his colic bad that it now sticks up. First pic is goal but we didn't want it shaved on the sides but longer on top. 2nd pic is before and 3rd is what we got. I added 2 more pics to show how uneven his hair is. That's what I get for trying a new place I guess.
They were very nice about it, but the restrictions are getting old. We were told 2 parents was fine but grandma couldn't come for my sons very first haircut. So people can be in the waiting room and that's ok but grandma can't come? We cancelled our appointment
I have been to this location a few months ago and had a great experience with my son. Came back today and because I was 5 minutes late I was told I had to wait after a customer who was scheduled 15 minutes after us. The customer who was scheduled after us demanded we went first because we have already been waiting almost 20 minutes and the worker had unprofessional attitude. She was rushing around the whole time since we arrived and now my sons hair is so uneven. After the way we were talked down to and my sons jacked hair cut, sadly we will no longer be returning...
