Hands down...love the vibe here. Maria did my hair for my wedding. She was so nice, on time and delivered my wedding day style with class and professionalism. All the stylist here are talented and friendly as well.

Not worth the time which I will be a long wait.Not worth the money. The cut I received was a mess and my hair broke out. The prices are too high. Go somewhere that appreciates their customers.

I haven't been to a salon in Virginia in a long time, but I was definitely reminded of why that was. First I was asked if I needed my hair washed already, this is a salon and not at someone's house. Shampoo should come as a standard for this type of service, which was a sew in. Then to top things off it was like 2 other people there with the same appointment timeframe. After my hair was washed and the other girl, I'm assuming her assistant tended to the drying and braid down process after about an hour and a half, I finally got to sit in Maria's chair. I was quite upset, what is the point of an appointment if you care nothing about the timing of others. To make this my ultimate worst experience thus far in a salon in Virgina, she had an attitude and was very nonchalant that a customer was unhappy. All of this could have been forgiving if I wasted all that time and the hairstyle came out nice, NOT! I could have went to a beginner and gotten a better sew in. Please don't just look at styles, worry about the process prior to styling and how you are treated as a customer. Spend your money where the person appreciates not only you, but your time.

Owner arrived 15 minutes late and then had me wait like 20 minutes. I almost walked out then she put me in her chair after she washed some ladies hair. No apology for her tardiness or anything just mentioned something about a baby shower as if that's the clients fault. Then went back and forth with me about not working past 3 on Saturday. She was also very rough when combing my hair. Luckily I washed and conditioned my hair before coming and all I needed her to do was sew my weave in. The end result was mediocre. Looked like a wig and didn't have a somewhat natural look like I normally like. I was cordial even though she showed no professionalism whatsoever. She had the nerve to correct me for saying a curse word when she was constantly throwing around the "N" word which can be very racist and offensive to some people. Anyway, I was cordial until the end as always because I'm a lady at all times. Paid her and left. Will not be returning and I had to let my friend know that he referred me to the wrong salon. He host some events for her in the past so I guess he thought he was doing the respectable thing by putting her name out there but it was very disappointing to say the least. Next time I want a weave done I'll get it done back home in DC. Haven't found anyone that can slay it in the Hampton Roads area as of yet.

I have came to this salon 3 times and I should have never came this many times. The environment is nice. The first time I paid almost 80.00 for a blow out, cut and deep conditioner. The second time I paid 190, and she charged me for dying my tracks without telling me the cost until after it was done. The last time I wanted silk curls and she gave me some greasy old lady curls that were ruined the next day. She stated that it would look silky like a doobie, instead it looked like a jerri curl. She charged me 75.00 for curls and a trim. The amounts were not adding up to me, I felt like she just named ridiculous, prices each time based on how she felt. She text me a menu with prices and everytime I went in she charged me 20.00 more than the price list. My hair does not even reach my shoulders. She also gave no advice about my hair. I will never return here. This salon needs to have an accurate price list, be more specific. Maria was the one that did my hair.
