Long wait times for mediocre cuts. Ended up leaving 20min after the scheduled appointment time and still hadn't been seen. Wouldn't recommend this place if you have somewhere to be or just don't want to sit in a kids salon all afternoon.

I asked TWICE for the cosmetologist to not cut the back of my sons hair, and left with half the hair he originally had on the back. When I asked her to stop cutting in the middle of the cut she said "oh I'm not, I'm just blending it" he left with a choppy ridiculous haircut. Very disappointed.

I have been bringing my child here for years, and even chose this place for our very first hair cut. I have never had an issue with any stylist here. Unfortunately our last two appointments have been extremely disappointing from a management/customer service stand point. The previous appointment we had was right as they opened on a Saturday. We were the first ones in the door with a first slot appointment but we were asked to sit and wait, we did but after 20 mins and being skipped once more I went up to ask why and the young lady at the front simply said "oh we overbooked" no apology or or empathy, just an "oh well attitude". It was 30 minutes before we were actually able to sit for our appointment. As I first mentioned the haircut itself was as good as they have always been. Second review, that happened yesterday, will follow. I gave them all day today to try and reach out to ask any questions or a simple "sorry that happened" (which actually would have been acceptable to me), but go figure, nothing from anyone from this establishment. Acceptance by negation, so this is exactly how they want them to act.

Very kids friendly. that staff was very professional and kids. their made my son's first hair cut fun and tear-free. there is even a play are for my daughter and her friend to play in while they waited for me son's hair to be finish. thank you ladies for the best time. we will be back

This review is primarily based on the price of the "first haircut package." I was under the impression my daughter was going to get a wash and blow dry included in the $29.95 price tag. That was not the case. She got some water sprayed on her hair and with about two minutes of hair cutting. They braided her hair and gave her bow along with a picture and a few pieces of her cut hair. Worth $30? Certainly not. She was in the chair for a solid six minutes if not less. Do not come here if you're thinking this will be a real hair salon experience. Grab some scissors and do the chop yourself then take a picture on your iPhone and call it day. Honestly, cringing I just spent $30 on that experience.
