Healthy Nails Spa in Alexandria, VA

Very clean, professional establishment. My nails are nice and Lynn was great! Unfortunately my pedicure was pure trash. My toenails were cut on a slant. I paid $214 for gel tips with design, a terrible pedicure, and brows. The prices posted are not what I was charged. I didn't have to wait between any of my services and yet I was there for 4 hours!!!!!. 5 star manicure with Lynne, but possibly the worst pedicure I've had in my life with another technician. Then to top it off the cashier asked for identification when I checked out and held my card for about 5 minutes. It was insulting and embarrassing. I am really saddened that I had such a poor experience. If you still decide to go ask for Lynne and confirm the price upfront, but there are several other salons in the area to try.

I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, I take all my friends and family here because I was a satisfied customer. Since the pandemic every time I visit, there is always something new or no one remembers me. They have lost their spark. The receptionist use to be so nice. They are now overlooking things like customer service, loyalty and quality. I always tip very well. Today, I was rushed to choose a color. The receptionist rolled her eyes as I asked before staying "Is there availfor a spa pedicure with gel polish?" She looked like as though it was an inconvenience. She didn't know what glitter was and was just so unpleasant. The experience is dry and at the end of a work week we are suppose to go to a place to relax and feel comfortable spending so much of our hard, earned money. Instead they showcased the trouble they have providing excellent customer service. I will not be returning, I will also take my family and friends elsewhere. I have found a wonderful nail shop up the road who have that spark that Healthy Nail Spa once had 10 years ago.

Healthy Nail Spa is a hidden gem in the Walmart shopping center. It is nicely decorated on the inside and they use good quality materials. There are tons of options for both polish, gel, and powder dip. I've seen many technicians for mani/pedis and have yet to have anything but great service. The place does get busy, so you will likely have to wait if you don't have an appointment.

I walked in yesterday, I showed her a picture of what I wanted which turned out NOTHING alike not to mention the polish is already peeling off, I feel extremely disappointed because I got charged $80 dollars for a set I did not like at all, I asked for coffin shape I honestly don't know what shape she ended up doing in my nails, she left them super thick as well. I did not enjoy this service at all and don't look forward to coming back. I'd give 0 stars if I could..

I'm genuinely upset with the last service I received Imagine getting married in less then 48 hours and getting your eyebrows done and they mess up and you are left with two different eyebrows and they tell you they can't fix it it's honestly just upsetting.
