I have been going to this salon since 2016 and have never missed an appointment until this year when I had issues come up with my daughter. I missed two appointments and then got told that they will no longer book me for appointments. Wasted my time and money. Not only was I hurt but also had to find a New salon because Rachel wouldn't book anyone in my family. All because I missed two appointments out of several years worth of appointments kept. Save your money and time.

Unpleasant experience today. Because I travel on a long roadtrip I always try to stop in at Hawks Prarie Salon whenever I pass thru Lacey Wa.. for probably 3 yrs Tina did my haurcuts and I was always pleased. The past 2 times I have tried to call ahead no one answers the phone. So I thought I would stop by to see if they were still in business. Today when they did not answer I again stopped by. What they told me just blew my mind! They told me they have their phone system to block all incoming calls except for current customers' with a home phone. So even tho I have been a customer for 2 or 3 yrs their phone system does not recognize my call phone number and they will not pickup the phone. They told me they are too busy to answer phones. That blows my mind! With that attitude they wont be in business for long. Can u imagine any busines saying they are too busy to answer all calls. No wonder Tina my stylist quit suddenly! I will never go there again after finding out they dont value all customers whether current or not. They deserve the downfall of their business. Its a shame because they did give nice haircuts. But are not savy on how to run a business.
