In 2008 I moved to Charlotte, NC and was not willing to give up my stylist, Megan Snipes. Ever since I moved, anytime I need my hair cut and colored I drive a good hour and forty-five minutes so I can get the quality of service and the exact hair style that I want! :]

I always enjoy coming to Salon Medusa and having Cheri Osterholt, the salon owner, cut and color my hair. The salon is clean and inviting. Cheri is talented and also very warm and easy to talk to while you relax and get pretty. I just wish I could maintain how good my hair looks in the Salon once I leave! :). Highly recommend.

I had a great hair trial with Megan and make-up trial with the store's owner (who's name, I think, is Chasey) a few months before the wedding, which went great. Unfortunately, due to family issues swirling around the day of the wedding, I came to my wedding hair and make-up appointment in tears--a complete wreck! Megan, a recent bride herself, was such a professional. She calmed my nerves, gave me a glass of wine, and I left her to her magic. I cannot tell you how amazing she made my hair look! She curled it with a hot iron (a technique I had never seen before) and loosely braided it so that all my hair fell down one shoulder. It looked amazing, and people at the wedding couldn't stop complimenting my hair. The make-up I received was equally as awesome. The salon's owner is really an artist and spent so long making sure everything looked right. I don't wear a lot of make-up normally and usually don't like the look of it, but her application technique was just flawless. I have never looked so good (I'm serious!). I walked into the salon that day a mess, and I left feeling like the most beautiful bride in the world. Nice job, guys!
Flash Forward three months later, and I'm planning to move from Chicago to Charlotte. One of my initial fears about this move was: who will I get to do my hair now???!!! And then I realized that Salon Medusa is just a quick 1 1/2 hour trip away.
