I have been coming to Haven Blue for about 6 months now. I have seen Yazlyn each time. This review has been a long time coming. She is amazing. Talented, sweet and very honest. I had originally come in for a baylage. I had one in my hair and wanted to get it redone. She said that she would do it, but she felt that it might be good to let my hair heal for awhile and then do the baylage. My natural hair is almost black so it needs a lot of bleach. How many stylists do you know that would lose out on more money because they wanted to do what is best for their client's hair? She got my hair back to being super healthy and I got it done. It looks way better now than it would have a few months. She did a wonderful job and I will go to her as long as she's around.
I'm not much for leaving reviews on yelp, but I located this awesome Salon and it's fabulous. I'm new to Atascadero and have short hair, for the last couple of years I've been butchered by different stylists in various salons in LA, needless to state I was terrified to get a hair cut. Thrilled my fear has been put at ease! Sable the owner is fabulous! She listened to my horror stories, I showed her a couple of pics and the cut is perfect. Everyone in the salon is very warm and friendly!
I have been going to Sabel at Haven Blue Salon for a few years now and love her as a stylist but I also just recently used their team for my wedding and wow, I could not recommend them more. I had three gals cover ten people's hair and make up and they ROCKED IT! We used Yazlyn for hair and makeup, Sabel for hair and makeup and Morgan for hair. Every single person loved their hair and makeup. Each girl went above and beyond helping keep everyone sane, do touch ups following the ceremony, and supporting throughout the process. I could not recommend them enough for both hair and makeup for weddings and as a salon. Plus they're all just the sweetest team!
