If you have an appointment prepare to wait. I had a scheduled appointment for a week and they took me 20 minutes late. That's just not ok.
I've been coming to this salon for a while, and always had nice pedicures but it seems in the past couple of years since my last review the service has gone downhill. The man who did my gel nails forgot to turn the light on the machine at one point and I had to call someone else over to point it out. I don't know how well he understood English. He forgot to use the cuticle tool on my left hand but I couldn't explain to him what went wrong. My nails turned out nice, but at 2 weeks are already coming up off the base. I don't know why they won't take credit cards. I've tried a couple of times and they insist I need to use their ATM instead. That feels odd to me. I'm frustrated that the service has gone downhill, and I'm looking for a new spot to get my nails done.
I have been going here for a very long time. The last few visits the older women that have done my nails are rude and condescending. Trisha is accommodating and pleasant. Unfortunately when feeling being talked about in their language and treated rudely, I will no longer patronize this business again.
Literally the worst place I've ever ever been. I've been there at least eight times in each time it was awful. The customer service is bad too . The nails don't last but maybe a week .
This place is great I've been coming here for a few months to get my nails by the wonderful and talented Trisha. Trisha is awesome and can and will recreate any picture I show her for inspiration. I also get pedicures here and they are just as good. I recommend this place and it's always clean and everyone is friendly and professional.
