Used to be pretty efficient, but the last 6 months or so this location seems to always be very behind and the app for making an appointment is horrible! No sense of urgency either. Maybe my luck but always seems to be short handed, or someone going on a break or lunch with a room full of people! Staffing issues all the time. My last haircut the woman was complaining about everything in life the entire time!
Just got my hair cut by Amanda. She was professional, fun to talk to, and great at her job. I came in unsure of what I wanted - all I knew was I wanted a chop and a but of a change. She guided me with layers, length, and even gave me beautiful curtain bangs. I would 100% recommend Amanda to anyone who asks. She met me where I was and used her expertise to give me exactly what I wanted - even if I wasn't sure what that was at first. We chopped off 10 inches, and I feel amazing! Thank you Amanda
I arrived after making an appointment online, I walk in and a snippety chick blurts out " did you check in, did you check in?" I said no, because I consider making an appointment and checking in as two different things so she charges over to the register with a sarcastic "good morning ". Then as I'm clicking on my name on the computer, she proceeds to say, oh, you told me you hadn't checked in, I JUST asked you that. Omg, like I do not need or want or deserve such an ATTITUDE just for walking into a business. I held up my hand. Palm up and just walked out without saying a word. Passing the window I gave her a middle finger. I wouldn't want that thing anywhere near me or my hair.
