I've gone to this place a bunch of times. I was there two weeks ago with my mom. we understand that they were closing early. But she asked them if they could remove the color of her nails while they did her feet. My nail tech (I'm not going to say his name) yelled at me to tell my mom that she couldn't do that. Instead of focusing on my nails, he was more concerned with my mom. I had to yell at him for being rude to my mom. While we were leaving my mom had to put on her shoes. Instead of being patient, he yells at my mom. So, I had to tell him that she was just putting on her shoes. then he rolled his eyes at me. During this time he was more concerned with my mom than my nails. He rushed on nails and he made my middle finger crooked
Tells you one price, you confirm the specific type of polish/service you want for the price then after they take your polish off they double the price. Completely unprofessional. Also they give people an appointment time and you still wait 30 minutes after your appointment time to even start getting polish off. Very unprofessional.
I love Harrison nails they are the best in harrison so sweet and kind I recommend a 100% best place to get your nails done. I have had my nails on for 4 weeks and I got mine done here! Love it !!!
People were kind. Facility was a bit dirty but stations were clean. I asked for grown woman and got 8th grade spring dance.
Worst service ever!!!!!! Made an appointment didn't get help for over an hour!!! My water for my pedicure was freezing. Then was rushed because they were about to close after waiting so long with an appointment!!!! Needless to say my nails looked like crap. Will not return.
