Salon Uruku + Spa in Harrison, OH

A great place to get a pedicure. I go there regularly and have always been impressed. Got my nails trimmed.

I took my 2 year old son to see Natalie for a haircut and she did amazing. I was nervous because he'd never had a haircut in a salon before but she was truly amazing. She explained everything to both me and my son and was incredible at making sure he was comfortable. A 10/10 experience!

I was a first time client here last night. I arrived about 30 min early for my appointment with Janet at 530. I was informed that there was one appointment ahead of mine and they would call me when I could come in. 530 came and went and around 540 I got the call. The receptionist was polite but I was greeted by a masked employee who didn't introduce herself but shoved a thermometer in my face. I then realized it was Janet. She then ushered me to her chair. I showed her what my concerns were with my existing highlights and a picture from their own gallery on their website of what I was hoping to achieve. After trying to explain to her what I wanted she says, "well why don't we just do your cut first". I was taken aback by this statement because she never acknowledged what I wanted or suggested what low light would look best. She never even brought out her color samples. She appeared irritated and indifferent and I felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there. Then she said I don't think you need a full we can do a partial. Then she said she would be right back. Never offered me anything to drink, water etc. 20 minutes went by and she's still not back. The receptionist was not at her desk and I have no clue what she is doing because we never decided on what color we would be doing. The back door is closed and no updates at all. I finally got up and walked out. No one called me to following up on my experience. I never felt more unwelcome at a salon in my entire life. I do not recommend them.

I'm very happy here, my hair by Leah always looks good color wise, even after it's about time to go back! I'm one who doesn't fuss much with my hair, but it's a great cut that looks good just drying and go, or it's excellent if I actually take time with it lol. Everyone is so friendly! Aveda products are awesome! Only thing I don't like are the washing sinks. Poor design, though meant to be a better design.

This is my go-to place for hair, and nails. The staff is amazing and very friendly! Highly recommended.
