The place we normally go was closed so we tried here we needed our eyebrows cleaned up they did a terrible job missed a lot and made it to thin at the end I asked for them not to do it I think it is because they didn't have a table to lay down for them to do it right don't go here we won't again
Never ever and I mean NEVER go to harmony nails in Wichita Falls Texas over by academy !!! They are so fucking rude and will talk shit about you and will not do what they are paid to do. Asked for a pedicure and the lady threw a fit because she didn't want to do it and then proceeded to be rough to the point to where it hurt so I told her she was being too rough and then she dug her nails into my feet to the point to where it left marks I paid 50$ for a pedicure for everything hot rocks parrifan etc... because my feet hurt and I wanted to treat myself to something nice but NEVER AGAIN! This lady needs to be fired!! I got my nails off also and they just popped them off instead of soaking them and if you have ever had nails y'all know how bad that hurts I am so pissed. Charged me $65 and half ass did everything. I have never wanted to kick someone in the face so bad than I do right now for being so rude and rough.
I've come here long ago and loved it, but I came into town to visit and was really disappointed in the service. I made an appointment for 11:30am, and they didn't even start on us until 1:00pm, putting us before a woman that had been there longer than both of us. We tried to tell them that she was here before us, but she left before we could say anything. I'm just wholly disappointed. The pedicure was okay, but the woman doing mine kept disappearing and over 2.5 hours later, I have JUST gotten polish... and not the color I asked for, but I'm not prepared to sit here for another 45 minutes over this. I'm just totally disappointed. There isn't another word. This was a colossal waste of time and I'm now late to where I needed to be next.
Such a great pedicure!!! Trust me... splurge and get the jelly pedicure!!! It's amazing!!!
My shellac fingernails are already chipping and it's only day 4. Boooooo! I really wanted to like this place, but my nails definitely could have used another coat. Typically my gel shellac lasts almost a full week--sometimes 2 before chipping. So sad.
