I came in today to remove my current set and get a new full set. Nancy did an AMAZING job. She was so sweet and easy to talk to. Highly recommend if going here to go to Nancy.
Application was messy but cute nails and they were nice. This isn't what I asked for but I liked it. Just wish they didn't put the acrylic on my skin.
Most terrible customer service ever! Called them and they were being so rude and screamed "what you want?" When i asked if they took walk ins... absolute shame.
Been to many shops in town and surrounding areas. This is by far the best place! Don does great work on nails and always is so thorough and detailed when doing my nails. They have a large selection of gel and powders to choose from, and many regular polishes as well as dips. Becky is my absolute favorite for pedicures and is very engaging and makes sure you're comfortable and able to fully relax and enjoy the pedicure! Their paraffin wax foot wraps are the best & I highly recommend! They leave feet smooth,hydrated and soft! They do provide refreshments to their customers with choices of water,soda and wine. Waxing services are provided! They tend to be busy most afternoons and weekends! Mondays are generally slower and a lot quieter. A must try !
I asked for stiletto nails. She put on regular tips on my nails I did tell her I wanted gel nails I do believe that she gave me the regular acrylic. I'm a hair stylist a nail technician makeup artist so it's not like I don't know these things I have been since 2007 when she was done charging up and up and up even $5 to file my nails to make them look stiletto I notice she had already had the Stiletto tip so for five extra dollars of charging me to file was ridiculous I'm not sure she kept asking me if I had the money and I would need to pay up front when I pulled out several hundred out of my Louis Vuitton she could understand English very well. I really wish that I could go back and Trust the fact that they were not trying to get over on me but I don't so I will probably never ever be back. Oh she still got a $45 tip if there's any wonderful nail technician out there that would love a client who would be loyal call me my number is 940-212-0214.
