Happy Nails in Metairie, LA

There is only 3 of us in here and I've been waiting over a hur to only get my eyebrows waxed wtf

Worst service ever the lady is rude and refused to do my nails the way I had asked for them each time I went in the price change for the same exact service and I still walked out with something different than I asked for I did not want fake nails and they proceeded to start cutting my real nails off once that was the bottom line I walked out and never returned

Horrible service. I stopped coming here years ago because my full sets never lasted a week. But occasionally I came to get my toes done or just to soak my feet. The location is convenient.

I came here for gel pedicure and overlay. As soon as I told them what I wanted they asked  how I was paying cash or card "pay now" cool no problem.

The lady with the walking handicap, started  my  toe nails I told them that is not what I want it so they told me it was an extra $20 again cool no problem. She oddly  shaped my nails. I told her I did not like it in that's not how the picture looks she kept going.

When she got done I told the owner I wasn't happy I did not like it he said come tomorrow it was too late. I came back granted he tried to fix the issue after they filed my nails all the way down and told me he would not add legnth. So I'm in the middle of getting polished and the woman stops to do eyebrows on another customer.

So at this point I'm over it they will never see me again. Happy nails my butt

I should have checked yelp before going to this place! Horrible service and they cheat you in prices. I had a nail repair and color change. I was charged for a full set and the color change price was wrong. They do not understand English. Thank God I can read. I should have left upon seeing this. Everyone in this place is saying the same thing BAD. One difference, THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE. DON'T DO IT!! MY SKIN IS BURNING FROM THE CUTS. I am shaking the dust off my shoes here and may they reap the reward of destruction for their unfare practices, in Jesus name.

Let me start by saying that I should  have followed my first mind and gone where I usually go but because I was pressed for time I ended up here. The Polish supply was old and limited. The service was horrible, the technician didn't even end her phone call to do my pedicure..as,if this wasn't enough I see dog kennels and puppy pads on the floors..don't waste your time..first and last time coming here
