I purchased a Groupon for highlights and trim and paid to have a root touch up also.  Carmen is very polite and timely.  The color looked great except my roots were not completely dyed.  The trim was fine and the blow out/straightening was not great.  It was very frizzy, to the point where I just went home and washed it in order for my hair to be curly again.  Decent price (especially with the Groupon) but unfortunately not at all worth it to me.

Gary Mac is awesome but not at hair force anymore. He is at Special Effects Studio 318-294-7087. He gives the best hair cuts and entertains at the same time.

Three Things that are most important for me with my hair is consistency and being punctual and time efficiency because when I have to get a sitter to get my hair done.. Time isn't usually on my side and Vy is always prepared to deliver in all 3 things for me and some! I love how she does my blonde hi-lites... Never too yellow/brassy and NEVER orange-y.. A common problem for someone with natural dark hair like myself. The consistency is there every time I come back. She's almost always on time and when she's even just a few min late.. She's always pretty good about calling me which the consideration of my time is all it takes to keep me happy. In addition to all of this, the owner, Gary is always pleasant when I come in as well as the other stylists. Would definitely recommend this salon and give it 5 stars!
