Happy Nails in Anderson, SC

forgot to mention they charged me for the most expensive type yet i got crappy acrylic! and ended up with "snail nails"! ( nails that mounded in different areas! should be negative 5 stars!

I wasn't going to right this review until I was sitting in my car and had a closer look at my toes, a day after leaving. The lady that did my nails was an older woman and it seemed like the day she did my nails was the first day she had ever done nails. She handled my feet like they were fragile pieces of glass, didn't speak which was fine, I let the chair do the work and watched my eye lids.

Something told me to open my eyes and watch when she began polishing... have you ever seen a child polish using multiple strokes for one nail... I asked her politely to stop and inquired as to whether or not the polish was dried because that is how she was polishing my nails! She got another bottle and began with the same method and I said no, that's not okay.

Next, a gentleman that sat in the front seat came over and asked what the problem was.. I told him she was polishing using multiple strokes and it looked really bad.. he said sometimes that's what we have to do for the first coat. I have had many pedis and never seen anyone polish in the manner she did. He ended up polishing for her to finish my job... he did not get the full mail bed.. look at the sides... I could have, would have done better at home.

Your service does not match your inflated price. I am fine to pay the price as long as it is quality and quality is not here!

I have been there many times and I've never gotten good service. They are rude and pay more attention to their phones rather then the customer. They let another customer go outside to get their wallet and refused to let my cousin and didn't do what she asked for at all. Over all horrible experiences everytime will never reccomend

I had not had a manicure/gel nails since December, 2019.  I have gone to Happy Nails over the last year for a pedicure, however.  I decided to get gel nails again and am so pleased with the quality of work.  The folks that greet you are very nice and I felt right at home.  I would highly recommend.

Wanted to charge $35 to just take off SNS and a simple manicure. I said no thanks. They offered a pedicure, SNS again, or a gel manicure instead. I guess since they couldn't up sell me on other stuff, they decided to up charge me on the simple service I asked for.
