I had a really bad experience after I wrote this review. I like my acrylic really thin, I don't want to walk round with bubble fingernails. It's cheap, ugly, and tacky. They get super defensive if you say you don't like something and asked for it to be fixed. My nails grow super fast so I was spending almost $250 a month at that establishment and still got horrible customer service, so I started going somewhere else. Don't ask for special designs, or for good quality, they get offended. I'm not even Karen, I don't complain a lot, but I do expect a certain level of respect and fair treatment. Expect long wait times too, with no explanation. Rude staff, and the chemical smell is really horrible. Don't waste your time.

I agree with what customers are saying. This is not a welcoming place at all. Very rude people here. The only reason why it gets business is it's in a great location (next to Publix). Go somewhere else where they are nice.

Worst $20 I have ever spent. Came to get my dip nail polish off and the lady proceeds to dunk my entire hand into a hot bowl of water and acetone. She then cannot get off the polish leaving a strange substance on my fingernails. Never coming back again

DO NOT GO TO PRETTY NAILS AND SPA!!! The employees do not care about their customers.
Me and a few of my friends went to go get manicures and pedicures. We had to wait an hour while they let other people that came in later go before us. My friend had told the employee multiple times that she just wanted gel polish on her nails. NO ACRYLICS! The man that was doing her nails was being very rough and was rushing during the manicure. He ended up cutting her cuticles with the drill piece. He also put acrylics on and kept telling her that her finger nails were "too short", and that she bites her finger nails "thats the reason they bleed."
She also got a pedicure done (not a very good one). They soaked her feet in water and put lotion on her legs and finished with the gel polish. They did not ask her what pedicure she would like and did not give her their classic pedicure. The man that was doing her pedicure was rushing again to get it finished
In the end her fingers were still bleeding and she didnt get what she asked for. This all cost $100!!!
She tried to get some of her money back but Henry (manager) just told her it was expensive because of the gel polish. Henry (manager) ignored that her cuticles were bleeding.
Saturday her mom called and they wanted to fix it and "do better for her". Henry said that she didnt want to pay because my friend is a kid and doesnt wanna pay for expensive manis and pedis. That was not the problem!
So Monday my friend went up to the store and Henry accused her of lying and she did not get any of her money back.
