It started great everyone was nice and so was the guy doing my nails, and it wasn't too bad for a full set 50$. And I left the salon happy with my experience and loved the design they recommended. But then they started falling off one by one the 3rd DAY they were on there. lifting already? I wonder what went wrong and also wonder if anyone has had the same experience. I will not be going back because of this issue.
Unfortunately, you have lost a customer today. I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure. Called 3 days ago to make an appointment. Called again to see if you could get me in any earlier since I was in town. And both times failed to mention that credit card machine was down and it was cash only. I would have brought cash if I would have known. Also, I scheduled for a deluxe pedicure but when I went in you said you only had time for a regular pedicure. I also got yelled at to go a certain way in the shop because of remodel. Signs would be nice to indicate direction on where to go. That is not good customer service, I have been faithfully going there for the past 5 years now. If you don't want my money okay I will take it somewhere elsThank you for Top Nails for getting me in last minute it was a true blessing.
