Called the salon to inquire about nail services. I was told they only had one person, an independent contractor, doing nails. That if I left my information this person would call me back and give me the information I am requesting. That phone call I made was last Wednesday. I called a second time Thursday afternoon and I was given the reason this person was very busy but will definitely give my info to said person and that to give this person until Monday to give me a call back. I called again today to let the front desk know that I still haven't gotten a call back. I was given a different excuse. That this person does other duties around the shop aside from her existing clients. I guess this person doesn't want a new business as she never made time to call me back. I'm moving on to someone that's eager to get new business to add to their existing clients.
Requested an appointment on July 26 for a wash, cut and dry. Finally got an email on August 1. Got a text to set a time on August 2, for the 3rd at 1230. On the 3rd I get a text saying she's running late and pushed my appointment back 30 minutes. Fine. Then I get get and wait 10 minutes to sit down on a chair. Then get told she was only told wash and dry abs she doesn't have time for a cut. Waste of my time. They are overbooked and unapologetic.
