I purchased a Groupon for a haircut and color. I was looking for an actual salon, not one of those one room studios. This is what Hairology said about itself: Hairology is an upscale salon with a "home" feeling. Our stylists are highly trained and can take on any task in front of them no matter how big or small. We are trained in advanced cutting, coloring, keratin and smoothing treatments. Sounds like a regular salon business. I called to make an appointment. I got a cell phone with a message from Verizon and some music. There was no identifying information that I had reached Hairology. Nothing at all. I reluctantly left a message saying if I had reached Hairology, I would like to make an appointment and left my info. When I hung up, I noticed that I had a text from the same number. All it said was, "I'm driving." That was about 2 hours ago and I have not received a call back. Obviously, Hairology is not what I had expected. No receptionist to make appointments. Totally unprofessional. I cancelled my Groupon with Hairology and will go to someone much more professional who actually wants my business and doesn't treat me like an annoyance.
Ashley is absolutely wonderful! She seems to know what I want for my hair even when I don't. My hair has never been healthier it looked better & I constantly get compliments on my lovely locks. Found my hair soulmate!
