First time here and couldn't have been more happy with my experience! Im from the SF Bay Area so I've had some great salon experiences before and came in not knowing what to expect. I booked online with Callie after reading great reviews about her & i'm so glad I did. She was so sweet, kind and easy to talk to. Great knowledge of cutting/styling naturally curly hair and really listened to what I wanted. Her scalp massage was also to die for haha. She recommended certain products but didn't push anything. So happy with my fresh hair cut & style. Definitely will be coming back. They're also as a facility doing great with COVID guidelines-everything was followed to the T and super clean.
Got my hair done by Esther. Wanted warm bleach blonde hair, instead got silver with YELLOW roots. Since they "guarantee" their work I got another appointment for free. This time she turned it BROWN!!! The final appointment she turned it completely yellow and I just left without scheduling a redo because it's clear that she doesn't know what she's doing!!! BEYOND dissatisfied!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
I'm new to the area, so I was nervous going in to see a new hairstylist. I could not have been happier with Esther!! One of my big things is finding a cut that flatters my face, and she was really understanding and helpful. She was super thorough, and took a lot of time fine tuning the cut to make sure it looked balanced from all angles and with different parts. I took of over 12 inches, and I felt so confident leaving the salon! I'm really happy to have found my new person :)
I had a BAD balayage done by a different hairdresser, I lost all confidence, and wouldn't even leave the house without my hair up to hide it. Esther was my saving grace, she is amazing and a blessing!! She not only color corrected my hair, or helped me gain back my confidence, but she also educated me on how to revive my hair back to health after the damage done at the previous salon. She KNOWS her stuff! Her great personality also added to the amazing service, she was so patient and understanding with what I was wanting to achieve. She definitely gained a client for life with me!
