Hair Saloon in St. Louis, MO

My husband has been to this location several times over the last year and half and has always had mediocre haircuts at best. He asks for one thing and his hair is either lopsided, has long spots, or generally not what he believed he was asking for. He started asking his preferred stylist Arienne to either fix his cut or tweak it a bit. He's always tipped well regardless of how it looked when he walked out. Today he walked in for his scheduled appointment and was essentially dumped because his stylist felt she had too many "bad" experiences cutting his hair because he's "too picky." They offered for someone else to cut his hair who he has had before and didn't care for. Is customer service dead? Since when do you dump your returning clients for knowing what they want and asking you to fix mistakes??

Very nice place and excellent service. I will definitely be requesting Arrienne from now on she was able to get my cut exactly how i wanted.

My boyfriend gets his hair cut here very often, arrienne always does an amazing job on it! We will keep going back.

Not only was my cut EXACTLY what and how I wanted it, one of the Owners sent me a thank you email, as it was my first visit.  Who does that?  This sets them apart.  

I would like to add that although this location is very convenient for me, their pricing model, online presence, and staff were the reasons why I decided to try this shop.  However, TIFFANY (fortunately,the stylist I got) is the SOLE REASON I will return.

I had been going to a stylist for 30 years, but her shop is 15 miles away and since she started cutting my hair 2 years ago--almost to a buzz cut--even she understood I should probably go somewhere else.

Although very reluctant to try just any location, fearful of these chains that hire young people just out of cutting school, I was blessed to find TIFFANY, who asked questions, corrected the shortcomings of others that I have tried in the last year, and delivered the best cut that I have had in one year!

I won't be going back to those that I have tried, and this place has gained a loyal customer because of their employee.

Bridgette is the best! She is an artist, and I send all my guys to her. She even has the patience and skill to cut my one year old's hair, and it looks adorable! Bring a photo of what you want, and she'll make it happen.
