I had a really great experience at the hair saloon. I saw Kim for my first cut and she was so friendly and such a personable hair dresser. Kim wasn't available for the time I wanted my next appointment so I asked the store to recommend me someone who does a good job with undercuts. They got back to me promptly and even left a detailed message when I didn't answer. I saw Tiffany for my next and most recent haircut. Tiffany was amazing. She is so relatable and fun. I felt very comfortable. You will be respected regardless of gender, sexuality, and ethnicity. Tiffany understands how hair can be really important to our identity and did a great job of listening to what I wanted and also recommending things she thought would look good. Since Kim made great notes, Tiffany was able to build off them in my online "file". Great experience at the Webster Groves Hair Saloon! Very impressed. Also, I don't take the time to write reviews often so this is a compliment :)
I have been a customer at the Webster location since 2010 and all their employees have been fantastic. Their staffing friendly, reliable and listen to my needs if I ever switch stylists. The commentary shoe shines are a wonderful bonus while I'm on site.
