Where do I start? This place really has nerve. First off, they charge you for consultations color and hair and charge you $30 for each so if you're getting a consultantation for extensions and color it'll cost you $60! Then she insists that you have to purchase her hair care system and hair brushes if you're getting extensions. I'm embarrassed to say how much this cost me but for

From the moment you walk in the salon, she and the HR team make you feel at ease. They are positive and have great energy. I love that she and her team are constantly educating themselves in the latest and greatest haircare techniques and technology...and it shows! I have witnessed her grow and elevate herself over the years. You will not be disappointed. Natalie and her team will transform your hair beautifully.

Believe me when I say... This is the BEST salon I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. From the moment I walked in, Natalie and her team have been the most welcoming bunch of awesome ladies! I am always excited literally for a week before my appointment because I know my hair will get the refresh it needs. Natalie's artistic skill and knowledge is second to none in the Buffalo area (and far beyond). I love the attention given to each and every client, no matter the service. The girls really care about making everyone feel at home in the salon. The latest techniques and styles are ALWAYS used. Natalie's dedication to education is admirable! She is always learning, traveling to skill workshops, and passing her extensive knowledge to her team members. The decor is very modern with a breezy California vibe. You don't feel like you're in Buffalo when you visit here! If you're lucky, they will sit you to process in the window room (with 3 sides of windows letting in a beautiful amount of light). The entire salon is bright with natural sunlight and it's so relaxing watching the cars pass by while you're being pampered. If you're having a lengthy treatment, I suggest bringing a book or plan on using your phone. Otherwise, the stylists are more than happy to keep you company with hot gossip and comfortable conversation. The texture, smell (awesome styling products), and tone of my hair is remarkable when Natalie and the team are finished. I have never loved my hair this much, EVER. I will never consider another salon. Hair Reformation all day, baby!

One of the best salons in the country right here in Western New York! You definitely feel like you are getting LA or London-level service when you come to Hair Reformation. The salon is absolutely stunning and vibrant and puts you in a great mood right when you walk in. Natalie, the owner, is kind and extremely talented and knowledgeable. Victoria does my extensions and color and I can not recommend going to her enough! She's an expert at beautiful, natural looking, "Instagram-influencer" extensions (no one believes that I have extensions when I tell them) and gets me to the perfect icy blonde color that I want. You can't go wrong -- all the stylists here are great, including Gina, Carly and Audrey. Worth every penny. I get compliments on my hair every single day.
