My stylist, Karsyn listens to what I say, Redken is an awesome product. The first time that my color has been some thing I have felt comfortable with walking out the door.

First time visiting, great experience today and when I made the appointment. I was seeking a new saloon after being treated very rudely by another salon. Hair Perfection delivered the overall pleasant experience I wanted. Thank you Courtney and staff for being so very nice and welcoming!!!!

I was a customer of the salon for over a year, all was well as long as I didn't share anything that was less than positive. Britney colored my hair, I was very disappointed in the color as my entire front of my head was platinum blond when I asked for thick blond highlights mixed with brown. When I shared my observations and dissatisfaction Britney quickly told me, "You asked for this" not I'm sorry I misunderstood you or let's talk about how we can provide you with good customer service. It was very apparent that my concerns being shared were not appreciated and therefore I will never recommend or return as I was made to feel uncomfortable for expressing disappointment with my hair color. I will add Britney communicated to me "well your not loving your hair because your skin tone doesn't match the color " Now she's the professional- should she not have said this tidbit before turning me into a full blond yet only in the front.

Highly recommend! Friendly and professional atmosphere staffed by experienced , knowledgeable, and competent stylists. (Brianna is excellent and very talented). Covid protocols are in place and strictly followed. I leave feeling very pleased after every visit whether it's a cut or highlights.

lemme just say Courtney you are AMAZING! I was a first time client there recently and had the pleasure of receiving Courtney as my stylist. It was the first time ever that a stylist actually cut and styled my hair as I asked and along the way, taught me about the cut and why my hair works best one way and not the other. She also gave me great tips on styling my own way and also that brushes make a difference when its time to style hair as well. She did not rush through my visit and really took the time to educuate me on the process. I was quite impressed at her knowledge and every staff member in there so nice and welcoming. Truly. Not a joke. The price was reasonable and I am definitely going back and making Hair Perfection my new home :-)
