Hair In Motion in Cleveland, OH

The ladies here were so fabulous! I came in for a hair cut and styling and I was really happy with the level of service I received. I was struggling to find a local hair salon I could trust, so I am so glad I found this salon!! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Pretty standard and straightforward men's haircuts. I went in for an appointment with Nella, and after showing her a picture she got started right away. The haircut wasn't exceptional, but it got the job done and was more or less what I was looking for. For the price, I was pretty satisfied. The service was also great, and everyone there seemed friendly enough.

I was visiting the Cleveland Clinic with a friend who was having Cardiac tests. I called last minute and the owner took me immediately. She is a true professional with 40 years of experience. She listened and even made suggestions. I had just had a haircut in NYC but was unable to blow out my hair after shoulder surgery. She saw that I had a few loose ends, trimmed, and evened out those hairs for free!!! For an extremely reasonable price, she gave me a great blowout. After that, she even used the curling iron for an even better look. I was very grateful to have found such a great shop. I'll be back when my friend has heart surgery! I really wanted to like this place- first off, the service was good and the salon was comfortable and clean. That being said, the woman who cut my hair was either sloppy or just inexperienced with straight asian hair. I asked for a simple shoulder-length trim with side swept bangs and it came out uneven and choppy. Sections of my hair are either too long or too short, and my "side swept" bangs look like the hairdresser took a pair of scissors, made a single horizontal blunt cut, and called it a day. I probably should have brought a picture and am going to chalk some of this up to miscommunication, but I won't be going back.

Nella has been my hair stylist for the past 5 years! I started going there because of the close proximity of the salon to where I live. Their welcoming and friendliness made me become their regular customer. I have a curly long hair and almost always satisfied with the haircut. She had cut my hair before my interviews, my engagement ceremony, before I leave the city for my destination wedding and so on. Thank you Nella From a happy customer :)
