If you care about your hair do not go here... I went in requesting a cut (my hair was at my waist) i asked for it to be cut to my mid back/ right under my arm pit which was verified TWICE... so i definitely wasn't expecting to leave with my hair ABOVE my shoulders.... I haven't stopped crying since... just don't.
I love Latori my senior stylist. She professional and always knows what's best for my hair! I never ever leave her chair unsatisfied! Always a friendly environment and very welcoming. Go see my girl you won't regret it!
This was my first time visiting this particular hair cuttery. Rakiera did a phenomenal job dying my hair, bringing it back to life. She was the sweetest and most attentive salon professional! I highly recommend her. Will be back!
The Martin Plaza Location is horrible. ThDH are unprofessional, rush through clients, and don't hold themselves accountable for when they mess up. I came for a pixie cut, (hair already cut short) Sofia chopped my hair up. I called to report it and the Manager did not hold the stylist accountable. My side burns are gone, my hair is uneven, I cried all the way home, and they refused to dhow any compassion. I had to put at least one star, but they don't deserve that.
