JESSICA is a professional and is awesome. I have curly hair and have NEVER found anyone who knew how to deal with it into JESSICA. I've had compliments on how my color matches my complexion. She works tediously to satisfy. To the review above who gave JESSICA a 1 star over scheduling, I'd say, if you've never been a single mom trying to juggle lots of schedules ALONE, try a bit of empathy. You will be happy when you sit in her chair JESSICA is a doll!!!!
Came in last minute for a cut on a Sunday and Jessica was awesome. I have been unhappy with many hair dressers in the past so I'm not too easy to please. And she actually doesn't cut shorter than you ask. Lol. Highly reccomend!
I understand everyone's experience can be different. But I'm here to share mine. These are simple facts and are not written to attack anyone. I was trying to make my first appointment as I saw an opening in her reservation system, but it was declined because of a family situation, which is completely understandable. But the second time, she sent a reservation confirmation with a different time than what I requested. I happened to be flexible that day, so I went ahead with a proposed time. The third time, she asked me if I could come in any earlier than my confirmed appointment time, and I could not. She kept asking if there was any way I could, which sounded urgent, so I took off work a little bit early and made it about an hour earlier. I asked if this was normal that she changes appointment times, and she said no, that she was sorry, and it won't happen again. I appreciated that. And for the last appointment, I received a simple text that reads exactly:"Hi, Can you come in at this time? (which is 30 min earlier than my confirmed appointment time)" I took this request as "another change of appointment time," so I found this to be unprofessional. She claimed that she was trying to be nice and offered me an opportunity to come in earlier. It was difficult for me to take it that way as the text only read "can you come in at this time?" When I pointed that out, she said she did not appreciate the way I spoke, and asked me to find another stylist and immediately canceled my appointment, which was in 24 hours. I liked her work as a stylist, but do not appreciate her unprofessional manner.
