i want to start of by saying the owners is great attitude very funny and from what i seen very knowledgeable innher work. however, the hairstylist maritza aka "ana" is completely opposite a dishonest person and not professional at all. so came in on 02/02/23 for "ana" can look over my hair and give me a estimate about my hair she quoted me for $250.00 plus treatment&haircut if i was interested. i agreed with the price scheduled an appt and so on. the day of my appt comes "ana" once again asked me what i wanted done and i showed her a picture of what i wanted done and asked to remove the current color i had she had guaranteed that color would be completely gone and balayge what was i going to have. nearly 6hrs of the whole intire process and the out come of my hair was completely off what i originally i had asked for and to top it off she charged me 350$ more!! for some highlights i never even asked in the first place. i reached out to her the same day and let her i was not satisfied at all with her work i needed her to fix it. that was not the hair color i had requested in the first place she did a completely different thing. after going back and forth agreed to dix my hair never mentioned, it was going to be more she said come back ill take of it eventhough your hair looks great. i can keep going with her all i want to say be careful who you sit with especially with ana shes good at being super friendly and knows whats shes soing great at telling you a price and at the end gives you another one. ana is selling beauty salon products out side of her job for less than what is original price sold at the salon, i wouldn't even trust her with buying direct products from her.

i have been going here for years now, i moved away from the area and i will still make that drive just to come here. i am never disappointed on my haircut and very reasonable price.

0 stars. Person who did my hair handled the flat iron like it was a weapon, burned my hair and was pulling so hard, no hairdresser in the right mind does that, hair is sensitive. They charge you extra if you pay with credit card without telling you. The owner is so rude, I couldn't believe it. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Place smells nasty. Horrible experience. Never going back.

If there was zero stars, I would put it. Terrible service. First, the person there open the locked door because idk why at 3:30 the door is already locked at a place that closes at 4. Then the person didn't even talk to e so i just sat there and waited for almost half and hour until the lady said what do u need? Im just like cut and afterward no answer. Finally when I was actually assisted, where they wash your hair is all rusty and disgusting. I asked the lady what suggestions she had and she put her shoulders up and said idk. That was it for me. Horrible Service. Never going back, no matter how "economic".

I have been going to see Myrna for 3 years now (2014). I went by word of mouth. A few of my family members had gotten their hair cut/etc. here. They loved it. They told me to go here. I have gotten my hair cut by Myrna. I love it. I always get compliments. I always tell them to go here. I love her. I don't mind driving from the valley to L.A. just to see her. She is a gem. She really knows hair. Don't go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed. Love it!
