Consistent service, this is my prime nail salon dtla location. The staff always do a stellar job. I got the mani pedi set with gel $46 special set. I recommend you make an appointment. Be prepared to wash your hands apon arrival. I like the massage chair feature and I had two of services done simultaneously. 30 minute process but an extra 15 for nail dry. I had line design with added nail clear gel coating. Always tip your techs! The space is small so as mentioned, call to make appointment but walk ins are accepted. The staff will accommodate your needs.

Ivy is the best and deserves 5 stars, she's the main reason I keep coming here.. management is reasonable when there is a complication and is willing to work with you. I have come here for a year, the quality of the product outcome is very good. Nails are always as I ask

Very hit and miss! Usually little wait time and reasonable prices, especially for DTLA. Every other time I am there I have a good experience. It is either a perfect manicure or a messy one that chips after a day or two. Very kind and good rewards. Also no parking, but there are various nearby lots.

The dirtiest and unhygienic nail place that can exist, I did my nails a few times but they put my nail dark really I don't recommend them I have spent a lot of money on doctor and medicines to repair my nail

Have you ever felt ostracized or bullied while obtaining a service that should be relaxing, me neither until I went to Polished. I have never in my entire life felt so degraded. I made an appointment a week prior for a mani and pedi with specific nail technicians. The morning of the appointment I was sent a message via text, that my techs would have to be changed, I asked if the tech was unavailable and was told, " she doesn't want to do pedicures anymore" I still went to the appointment as I figured I could reason with someone because this did not make much sense to me. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner who proceeded to try and persuade me to go with someone else, and explained that the staff was on "strike" because they wanted to do high paying appointments only. After pleading that she honor my 1 week old appointment is when the ultimate discomfort began. The 2 nail techs came out, proceeded to do my nails without ever once greeting me or really even acknowledging that I was there. It was so awkward and agonizing really. Obviously upset, that they had to service me, they made sure that I felt every bit of discomfort. But it gets better, about 30 mins into my appointment another patron come into the salon, assumedly for her appointment, and from what I gather, she was also scheduled with the person doing my pedicure. This patron began loudly yelling across the entire salon to the owner and tech on my toes about how angry she was and how she should stop doing my feet and start hers, there were undertones of threats from this customer to me which made me feel unsafe. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE, unprofessional is not even the word. THEY ARE MEAN, CLIQUISH, RUDE, and UNSAFE. Spend your money where you are treated kindly and your business is appreciated.
