Hair Aware in Fontana, CA

I went there today just to see a sign on the window stating they closed the business due to lack of personnel .

Called today and the woman who's done my hair the last few times isn't there anymore. The girl on the phone was like "come in and we'll do it". Took a chance on this girl, showed her a pic of this guys haircut I normally get, she says "so you want a normal haircut?" Uhhh sure just like the picture. Already I could feel she was cutting off way to much. In the end I liked it, looked cool. Then I get out to my car and see that she totally messed up the lining around my ears and neck. Horrible. And the fact that she couldn't even fess up and try to fix it. Now I know why she didn't hand me the mirror to check the sides and back like every hairdresser normally does. I should of payed attention better when I looked in the mirror but I just wanted to leave and trusted it was good. Never coming back. I don't want to put her name on blast and I understand people make mistakes but c'mon. I have an event to go to Mon and this sucks.

The worst place to go the ladies are rude!!!!i took my boys in sat for 15 mins to be told it was closed and then some other lady just kept screaming come get ur appointments but never directly to me so i thought she wasnt talking to me then another one said to just stay like wtf!!!so we stay and one of their hands was shaking so bad he left my sons hair uneven!!!!the other older short lady with black hair didnt even do the line up on my other son and the older lady with burgandy hair and the trans with blonde hair are the worst...other ppl would come in and say excuse me?!? Hello?!?! And they wouldnt even answer her

Unbelievable these fat bold guy had me waiting for almost two hours to be told I am not in his appointment book for that reason he won't be able to cut my hair so what the point ( call make appointment ) if these people doesn't know how to reserve your spot? then after pointing mr potato error instead man up and own it . He get in my face pointing his finger.... so I confront him Front of his clients . Giving him opportunity do something of course looking around for help ? And guess who came to his rescue... The lady's staff ask me to leave or else she was gonna call the cops so I did because i didn't wanna get arrest you know ? so soon as I walk out he start talking $@#$%^ about how he gonna knock me out? all sudden now he wanna talk $%^& minute i walk out ? so I walk in back to the shop and give these dude opportunity redeem himself being as he didn't do anything first time I got in his face . I also told him throw first punch knowing i was gonna flap line these dude out at lease if the cops come i'll tell them mr potato throw the first punch you know ? of course he hands was shaking he didn't want these i knew wasn't worth it and i walk out added the female staff screaming and soon as I was gonna walk out these dude piss on him self ? So I felt bad even so he start it ...... Over all point of these review ? it's ok for these fat guy make a mistake what not ok threaten clients ? And clients like myself who bring these mom and pops shop running you know there many other shops to go these dude cut hair he doesn't save lives and they wonder why they are struggling ? All I can say ... you don't had to take my word check other reviews these people have a history insulting clients screwing people hair . Making you wait for hours . If you ask me what does these dude know about cutting hair being as he doesn't have any ?

I understand we are in crazy times and have not had to deal with doing business like this before. This place has all the covid signs/warnings up but yet the stylist that helped me did not want to fully wear her mask. I know we all may think differently but I simply can't support a business that is handling things this way.
