Did extremely bad job, the people are very rude. I feel so upset to see what they have done, I was so excited at first to get a haircut but they just broke my heart. I'm definitely not going back. I really don't recommend this hair salon.

I was sat in a dirty chair and the woman cutting my hair didn't introduce herself so I don't know her name. She started combing through my hair with a dirty comb used on the man before me. There was hair everywhere and the tools she used were dirty from the client before me. The cut was way too short because I wasn't listened to at all. The price was fine at $25 but when I checked my balance $30 was the final balance...guess she didn't like the tip I gave her.
Month later post; went in for an undercut, and ended up coming home to find chunks of my hair coming out. My undercut is now uneven, and my new hairdresser mentioned that they did not pay attention to the other hair on my head and just had the clippers and went to town.. very sad that they messed my hair up.
I have been getting my hair done by Sone since I was a sophomore in high school...15 years ago. My mom and my sister have been going here for years and years as well. It's been amazing seeing their business grow and flourish...it's well deserved! She is the ONLY person I have ever trusted with my hair because it is so thick and long and other hairdressers at other places have had a hard time with my hair. Sone knows exactly how to treat my hair and she does an amazing job every time. I always get my hair cut, highlighted and styled. I love it. I know my hair can be a pain in the butt so I very much appreciate everything she does for me! She has also done a really good job with my eyebrows. I always leave her salon feeling super pretty!
