I absolutely love this place the workers are always so nice. I love going to Emily especially she's always so sweet and does such a good job on my nails
The only male nail tech, who was most likely the owner, did my GFs nails and he was extremely rude and very pushy while tending to her nails. He did not talk to her at all except for a few questions and then continued a conversation with the two other nail techs in Vietnamese (petty much the whole time we were there). Although his customer service was very unsat, the excellent work performed by the other two female nail techs is why they're not receiving just one star.
This place is A1 gaureentee their work is fantastic I refuse to go anywhere else but here. TRACEY is my favorite and I am forever grateful to her for keeping my nails healthy beautiful and dashing.
I never write reviews but felt it necessary for this salon. Upon being seated, the nail tech (Tracy) rushed my pedicure so much that she literally didn't even apply top coat to one of my toes which resulted in me having to come back to have it fixed as I literally paid $50. She also, was rough with the removal of my prior gel, cut my cuticle during the process of doing my pedicure, and seemed to be pretty upset about me asking why I had to wait 15 minutes when I had an appointment scheduled at 1PM. Overall, Tracy appeared to be pissed she had to service a client who had a scheduled appointment. Icky behavior which made the overall appointment unpleasant.
