Grow Salon + Wine Bar in Georgetown, TX

Beautiful salon and Julia is just the absolute best stylist. She went above and beyond to address my hair concerns and did exactly what I was hoping for, all while offering wonderful suggestions where I was unsure. I am so very happy about the way my hair turned out. Best cut/ color I've ever received. And to top it off, Julia just may be the sweetest person and so easy to talk to!

An honest review of my experience. Hopefully this saves you time when choosing a salon. Going to the salon is expensive. Is the salon experience worth the price at this establishment? I say no. I went to them twice to color my grays. Sure it's decorated nice and they serve wine. But they acted vindictive towards me in the following manner: My stylist got "triggered" by something I said while I was drinking and gossiping (nothing racist, xenophobic, homophobic, or "against the disabled" as they told me). It was my opinion about a person in my family (who is not disabled). She doesn't like that I don't accept obesity as healthy and therefore deemed me as "body shaming". The stylist acted like nothing was wrong so she could get her tip; then she flagged me in the computer system so that when I called two months later to reschedule, I was told I was banned for that reason. In addition, I believe one of the things they accused me of was fabricated. The whole situation was unfair, unprofessional. Don't care for this place at all.

Absolutely love the Grow salon! The customer service is through the roof from the reception desk to the stylist touching your hair. I'm new to the area so it's always a gamble trying new places but this one I highly recommend! Make sure to see Beth, she's very knowledgeable and will make you feel welcome. Can't wait to go back!

I love working in this space with such a talented group of artists. Located in the heart of Georgetown with ample parking and unique salon hours to fit anyone's schedule. Looking forward to another year of fabulous hair

I have been to Grow twice because I wanted to give them a second chance. The first time I was truly disappointed, but figured I'd ask for a different stylist so I came in for a second time. The first stylist didn't even check that I had an add-on until I reminded her. She was about to start cutting when I asked if my olaplex treatment would be after the cut. Then she ran out of time and told me she wouldn't be able to blow out my hair. For the price I was disappointed. I think after a haircut you want to get a nice blow out to show off the new look. Second time it was a lot better. She was really nice and friendly. Listened to my concerns and didn't run out of time.
