My hair is short, the only way to fix it is to cut it shorter. I am sooooo angry, I have been letting my hair grow for about six months because I wanted a certain style. Well thanks to "not so Great Clips"...you have really messed my hair up. So everyone knows...this was the Great Clips at Monkey Junction. It's the old adage, "you get what you pay for".
My wife and I decided to try this location as we were in town in the area as opposed to our usual near Sam's Club at the other end of college Rd. What a rude location. We walked in and were completely ignored. Then a couple walked in and were greeted. My wife stood and said we were waiting to check in. The employee just looked at her and kept speaking to the other couple. After they left because the person they were looking for wasn't in, she was continued to be ignored while standing directly in front of the counter. Then someone else walked in and they were greeted, and asked how they could be helped. After that employee helped that person, she then looked at my wife and just said it's going to be about 30 minutes and then turned around. At that point we decided to leave. The employee definitely does not represent the brand. It wasn't an accidental rude and it was very purposeful ignoring. We went ahead and came up to our regular location where we were immediately greeted and treated like a customer that's valued.
