Hello. I went to Cameo for years prior to moving out of the high desert. The esthetician, Kay, always did a wonderful job. However, I am hoping someone can help me: I am looking to know If the Owner still lives in the High Desert? or why Cameo Closed? Does anyone still have her contact? Her Name Was Elfie.
All in one place. I got a facial done here and they did a hella good job. It just sucks that they're closing soon
Reason for the one star, customer service. I booked a facial and because of the Covid outbreak, they had to reschedule. They scheduled my new appointment and when I went in (excited to get my first facial!) I was very rudely told that my appointment was for the next day at a different time. I explained to the elderly employee that I was scheduled for today at that time and she rudely said that she makes the appointments and that it was for tomorrow and there's no more openings today and do I want the one tomorrow or not. So, no I did not, mainly because of her attitude. If there was an error in scheduling, and she had explained this, nicely, then I would have taken it. So I will NOT be back here, even though I have come a few times for other services, nor will I recommend Cameo.
I would give 0 stars if I could! I went here twice for a lip wax and I broke out both times after. But I thought I would try a facial here. I called and booked an appointment for Friday at 10. I drove all the way over there walked in excited for my facial to be told I was wrong my appointment was Saturday at 11. I explained that I was never told anything about Saturday when I called I was told Friday at 10. She told me again I was wrong and they had no more appointments Friday. I said okay never mind you can cancel for Saturday as well to which the lady cheerfully responded okay as she scratched out my name. Very rude! I will never be returning here!!
