Great Clips in Tallahassee, FL

PLEASE MAKE NO MISTAKE - I AM NOT AWARDING ANY STARS BUT HAD TO GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO GET THIS POSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE VISIT THIS LOCATION OR LET KEISHA TOUCH YOUR HEAD! My daughter who has been there many times, went yesterday and got THE MOST HORRID haircut I have ever seen. She even had to tell the stylist to stop mid-cut - it was/is that bad! I thought that stylists had to pass some type of skills test to get a job at an establishment such as this?! Customer service was almost as bad as the awful haircut!! So bad that I called Corporate to let them know. Just disgusted!! Would post pictures but my ADULT daughter is mortified for the pictures to get out.

Well, this place definitely cuts hair I mean, it'll look like your head got attacked by a flock of birds, but it'll definitely look like you got a hairdo! The staff here is not the friendliest the dude who cut my friends hair talked about how he would piss on people when he got drunk soooo that should tell you how professional these people are! Do not come here. You are better off just cutting your hair yourself, even if you have no experience doing so.

if i could give this place less than one star, i would. do not go here! especially not for an undercut. i just wanted a simple undercut to help me to feel cooler in the summer, but what i got was... this.. she did not use a guard, so now my head and neck are both itching and stinging horribly, and it was overall a completely botched job. i did not realize how bad it was until i left the store and saw it in the mirror. it's hard to understand how someone can accept my money and tip knowing they have given someone such a horrible butchered haircut. until the rest of my hair grows back, i will have to try to cover up my bald head with the remaining 40% of my hair. please save yourself the money and the embarrassment and don't go here.

The stylists are great, this one star is for the salon itself. IT'S TOO HOT. I'm on vacation and wanted fun in the sun, not too feel sick from the heat. I got my hair caught in the sun roof of my rental car and had to literally rip the ends so I came here for a trim and it's so hot. They have no air conditioner inside. The stylists was so apologetic, they told the higher ups but were told to not be so dramatic. Well let me tell you, lots of people bring their kids to places like Great Clips so get your shhhhhh together before you make some kid sick from the heat. If you can't afford ac IN FLORIDA, your business has failed and you have failed as a business owner. Thank you and good day.

I have been here three times in the last six months. The first two times were with Cecily and she was fantastic. She was recommended in a review and just by luck I was her next client. I wear a cut where the back is highly stacked and the sides slant down longer on the sides.and she cut it spot on! Unfortunately, I discovered when I went in last week that she is no longer there. I badly needed it cut so i thought I'd take a chance anyway. The lady I ended up with was such a disappointment. I even showed her a photo and oh, yes, she knew how to do it. NOT! About all I can say good about it is that she got the length right. I'm going back tomorrow to see if anyone there can straighten out this poor cut. P.S. I went back yesterday. There's a new stylist there named Kennedy. She did a fantastic job getting my cut just how I like it. So I will be going back regularly and making sure I get Kennedy each and every time.
