Luxe Nail Spa in Tallahassee, FL

My cuticle was cut till my toe bled. Still , I was expecting to pay . I will never return and I wish I could leave no star's for this business. I have been coming here since it opened and it's been going downhill. I will not be returning. This business has lost a loyal customer.

Terrible in all aspects... Starting with the customer service to the price. Not even to mention the price of these shitty nails. Don't ever go here.

Wish I could rate no star. Paid $75 for a manicure and pedicure. They changed $15 to remove dip powder from hands and gel from toes. However, the pedicure I can see spots of black gel. The lady literally never touch the back heels of my feet. Only used the pumice pad. The cuticles were poorly cut. I can see pieces of cuticle. I literally had clear polish on the skin of my toe. At least the manicure pushed back and cut my cuticles, but was sloppy on my nails. She did not smooth my nail after taking off the powder. I had to ask her to smooth them. She left my nail rough cut only shaped. So they were snagging my clothes. They use the cheapest clear polish and only do one coat. The location looks nice and luxurious, but not the service. There are other shops in the area I will have to try while in Tallahassee.

I had an experience at this salon recently, and I must say that the man who greeted me was kind. But everyone else seemed miserable, and it reflected in their work. The quality of the work didn't match the price. They used a used foot file on me, and when I asked for a new one, the technician seemed annoyed. My pedicure was uneven and left with sharp nail edges, barely touched cuticles. Mani-pedi for $120, I expected better quality.

Very pleasant experience. I went here one day when my nail salon of 3 years disappointed me. I chose this salon and I don't think I'll go anywhere else. All staff very friendly and very talented. Salon it self is very clean. I've only been twice but I have never had to wait, and I went on a Friday which is a busy day for them.
