Great Clips in San Antonio, TX

HORRIBLE! Deserves no stars, I got layers and the layers don't blend in at all. One side of my head is way shorter than the other. Not Satisfied with my haircut. I hope she gets her license revoked because what an awful haircut. No I have to cry myself to sleep every night.

When I checked in I specifically said my son needed a hair cut and my daughter and I just wanted our undercuts trimmed. I have visited two other locations to have my undercut trimmed and was told up front that it would cost $8. Upon checking out I though the total was a little high but we were in a hurry to get to our next appoitnment and I didn't have a change to really look at the receipt until we got home. We were all charged for a hair cut. I called to speak to the manager and she wasn't willing to do anything to fix the situation even though she looked through my history and could see that two other locations charged me for a neck trim. She just kept repeating that she works at a franchise location and that it's their policy to charge for a hair cut any time they go in to the hair. I asked why they don't mention that up front because I never would have agreed to pay $34 for both my daughter and I to have an inch of our head touched. And to make it worse, the section they trimmed on my daughter is very crooked and uneven. Thankfully it's hidden most of the time. I will never visit this location again.

If I could give it no stars I would!! Where do I begin.... last year I got a hair cut from this lady at great clips. I asked for a shag , gave her a picture for reference ... she didn't know what I was asking and had to ask her co workers how to go about it and then she started cutting. Well long story short she mad my hair uneven and just layers that didn't make real sense. I went yesterday to get my daughter hair trimmed up since she has an undercut ... same lady again a year later ... I was thinking she couldn't screw up my daughter's hair ..its just a trim or touch up shave ... well she proved me wrong on so many levels ... she didn't evenly shave it. There were piece long where she had missed shaving but she didn't miss getting my daughter's partial eyebrow ... like wtf... now I have to pencil in my daughter's eyebrow cause it's missing with her negligence. I WILL NEVER EVER go back and I would highly recommend you NOT to go there.

I called and asked if they take 2 year olds before making an appointment. They said they did so we went in to get a haircut for my son. I explained to the hairstylist that my son did NOT like haircuts and he would cry the entire time. Right away she seemed frustrated with it and pretty much said she can't give him a full haircut. I told her just to cut as much as she can off. My son cried the entire time and she tried her best to cut his hair, but I feel like the staff was very unprofessional about the situation. I could feel the other stylists staring at my son in annoyance. Once we got up to go pay, I felt like the hairstylist shook her head and walked away all frustrated and annoyed. Toddlers are definitely a handful but I felt like this was extremely unprofessional. I won't be taking my son here again and if you have a toddler who doesn't like haircuts, I suggest going somewhere where they will not judge. The only reason we came here was because Sharkys didn't have an appointment until a week out. I encourage y'all to just wait the week and be seen by a professional at a real kids salon instead of here.

I went this past week to this location. Hair cut was trash not coming here again. I've tried 2 times and left disappointed. I'm going to lone star barber up the street they know what to do.
