If you have a kid with special needs, that will need to sit on your lap to get a haircut, please don't go here. They are not accommodating. The technician mentioned an unposted rule, stating that "the child must be able to sit alone to receive service". But on their website it clearly shows a child being held by an adult as the child's hair is being cut. I give this .
If you can't accommodate walk-ins ... don't accept them...just have every one sign in online.....wait times are hilarious if you are a walk in
This company don't even deserve a 1 star. Deserves a negative star.
Went in there 20 minutes before closing. They didn't want to shave my beard when that's what I went in there. Just got off work trying to get a hair cut. Lady was rude about it. I can ether shave your head or beard. Takes 5 minutes for my beard. I recommend going to Wilson great clips or don't go to great clips at all. I'll stick with Wilson because I get better treatment. This has not been the first or second time. I try to give them chance after chance but I'm done. It's time to find the corporate number. Need a chat about this place shutting down for good
Usually don't leave reviews but seeing these reviews are very outdated, I felt I should update the people looking at Great Clips in Rocky Mount. I have been going for years and they always seem to do a pretty good job. The employees are nice and do what's asked. I do have a simple haircut for the most part. However, there are a few negatives. With the exception of the last few months, they have a hard time keeping staff. And I haven't been able to go in lately because of the extreme wait times and full lists.
I've been getting my hair cut here for a few years. I'm always satisfied. Fast and friendly. Lady worked me in ten minutes before closing time and did a great job.
