Great Clips in Pasco, WA

No. I'm sure the other people working there are excellent, I never had a problem w/great clips before. This time though I asked 3 times for layers in my long hair, the shortest layer starting at my shoulders but the girl kept talking to her co worker and wasn't listening. She didn't confirm what I asked and instead chopped 10 inches off. TEN. I lost two years of growth and she only said "I thought that's what you wanted". I repeated over and over I wanted layers added, asking the shortest layer being at my shoulders, but she was gabbing incessantly to her 'mom' (co worker) and didn't hear ME. Now I have shoulder length hair. She said "it's only 3 or so inches I took off" but that was to cover her stupidity. TEN inches were chopped off. Like I said, I'm sure the other hairdressers are fine, but this ditzy girl mangled my hair and pretended it was my fault. She didn't even know what a texturized hair cut was when she asked what I wanted, so being a dummy like I am I asked for layers instead. STAY away from Pasco Great Clips. TEN INCHES chopped off because she wouldn't listen to her customer and chose to gab about a 60 year old hitting on her begging to take her out to Legends casino. STAY away. She KNOWS what she did and just shrugged it off like it was nothing. When she reads this she'll know EXACTLY who this is, and I ask her to quit. The cut she eventually gave me isn't even decent, I had to cut portions of hair that are two inches longer than the rest in the front. Pathetic, lazy and irresponsible!!! To the staff, my name is Jozette S. (Nickname Josie), look it up in your computer so you know WHO did this to me on 03/01/2024 and FIRE her before she does it again.

HORRIBLE space your money and you might as well do it your self $30 for a haircut is insane first I told the lady how much I wanted off ,I wanted to cut like about 5 inches and she was like this much is okay to cut and showed me about 2 inches and I said no I want more and she just started to cut my hair without asking me is this much okay to cut or how much I wanted off and started cutting and I saw that as a red flag and thought noting about it I just though we'll she's a professional and I asked for a straight even cut and at the end of the hair cut it looked like I have a oval shaped hair but I saw it in the mirror and it looked pretty even and I started observing my hair more and more you can tell how uneven my hair was and I was so upset because I love my long beautiful and I've spent a lot of money on products and stuff and this women ruined my hair and I look like a fool might as well give a 3 year old scissors and tell them to cut your hair . Don't you go to collage for cosmetology how did this women graduate or even get the job she just did her own thing. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more dollars and get it professionally cut. Negative starts. The picture isn even my whole hair it's so terrible you can see how uneven this is DONT GO TO GREAT CLIPS

Terrible! Ruined my daughter's hair. Don't let them cut long hair . Never again. Daughter came home in tears.

Asked for shampoo for my son and gave very specific description of how long to cut his hair. I showed a picture of him with it freshly cut the way we like it. This was not accomplished, nor was the shampoo. When i asked about it she just looked to the next customer to check in, and we paid for a poor cut and felt unheard by someone with no customer service skills. I wish i had caught her name. I am sure this doesn't describe all of the stylists there but it is definitely a bad image. Will not be back.
