Saved my a$$ on 2 separate occasions after another nail salon screwed us over I don't know why I didn't just go to them first, really good and clean work, I don't know if it's cheap or expensive but I had no problem paying what they charged me seemed like a fair price for what work that was done

I absolutely love this salon! Kalynn is so sweet and her mom is amazing! They give the best customer service! They are knowledgeable and they don't pressure you into anything your not there for. I wouldn't go anywhere else in town! Thanks for the best experience at a salon in Tri-Cities ladies your the best!

I've been going to this salon for a couple of months now and haven't had any issues up until my last 2 appointments. Let me start by saying the ladies here do a fabulous job but the gentleman who helped me during my last appointment and who helped my mom during our last weekend visits was very unprofessional. Last month when I went he rushed thru my pedi and cut me several times but I brushed it off I needed my pedi done and I'm not one to complain. Last Sunday's appt was bad he rushed thru my moms pedi also cut the nails crooked when I asked him to cut down/ file 2 particular nails he pretended like he did something and turned around to talk to another coworker, he seemed annoyed at the fact I asked him do it. He left my mom with just color didn't put a top coat the lady who was doing my pedi saw how upset my mom was and rushed to do the clear coat. If I do end up returning here it's only because of the women who also work here and always do a great job

Quiet vibe, great foot massage! The gel pedicure seems pricier than most. I will certainly return, because I appreciate that the pedi chairs are not crammed in tightly together; even when they are busy, you can relax...people aren't on top of each other and yelling across the room.

I'm from out of town and was looking for a place to do an ombré French tip. I showed the gal a photo of what I wanted and she took it from there! The gal who did my nails took her time to make sure they looked perfect and spent so much time filing and shaping. I really appreciated the extra effort she put in to making my nails look great, especially asking through each step of the process if that was how I wanted them! This is my new go-to nail salon when I visit. Call a few hours or a day ahead of time for an appointment, lots of walk-ins. Total was $67 before tip.
