Great Clips in Oroville, CA

Never again. I took my 3 daughters ages 15, 13 and 9 to get their hair cuts today (Tuesday, February 6, 2024), and they have been looking forward to getting their hair cut for a while now. Had I known the attitude one of them were giving my 9 years old AND 13 years old (both of them got it cut by the same person) I would have never even tipped her let alone let her cut my girls hair ever. We take pride in their hair coming from our cultural background, and my 9 years old and 13 years were in tears when they got home and they didn't want to say anything til we got home and I noticed that they weren't happy about their haircut. They all have asked for a certain hair style and they got something other than what they had wanted, my 13 years old after asking for a certain cut was told by one of them (she can't remember her name but she was short and blonde) told my 13 years old daughter in a sassy tone, "that cut won't work with your hair", and my 9 years old had asked for layers & she didn't even get her hair layered. And as for my 15 years old, she didn't get the hair cut that she had asked for but she's saying she's ok with it even if it's not what she wanted. So I lost $80 and now I have fork up the money to fix their mistake, and take them elsewhere. Thank you but no thank you!

I went in to just to get a trim and came out with my hair uneven and chopped up in different lengths. Worst job ever. Furthermore my husband went there for a Mohawk hair cut and came home with it one side lower then the other sid. I thought it was just the guy who couldn't cut hair but apparently nobody there knows how to cut hair

I went to great clips today and the lady there cutting my hair asked if I wanted my sideburns trimmed I say yes thinking se is talking about the part actually a part of my but nope she decides to shave the tiny amount of facial hair I that I have that took 2 years to grow I am never going back there also my hair cuts always look like shit after I go.

I appreciate that I could just walk in, whenever the time was available during my day. The atmosphere was welcoming and my phone number is all I need for future cuts as my preferences are now stored by my phone number. For a first time visit it is all going very well. Heather then took me to her station, asked about how I wanted my hair cut, and proceeded to remove about 10 pounds of overgrown hair. She cut my hair into the exact style I asked for. I will definitely be going back and waiting for Heather if necessary.

It had the worst service I have ever seen. I went in to get a haircut for my son and they did a horrible job which looks nothing like the photo I showed them. The sylist was super rude and it didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. It was empty beside the two stylist who kept on giving each other looks. I went to the restroom after the haircut to clean up my son a little and when I came the stylist said I had put hair in the sink when I jad done no such thing and it was already dirty before and demanded me to clean it up.
