Great Clips in O'Fallon, MO

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE.
I took my 14 year old here and he asked the big lady in the first booth on the left to start with an inch and go from there.  She decided to cut 4-5 inches off everywhere and frame his face like a little Dutch Boy.  Atrocious haircut.  They were very busy and she was obviously trying to be done quickly.  He was in the chair about 3 minutes total.  He was in tears by time we got to the car.  He's still crying.  I'm not sure the lady realizes how mean boys that age can be.  He will get bullied for the horrendous cut she gave him.  She one of those miserable souls that never smiles and is chronically cranky (you know the type), the kind that is pissed that life dealt her a bad hand genetically.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I hate to say this but you guys Completely screwed me. If I hadn't been out of school id probably would have put a bag over my head just to hide the mediocre haircut you gave me. For Crist sakes my dad cuts hair better than half of your workers. I asked for them for a haircut to trim the sides and a bit of the top and then I ended up looking like a hairless cat due to the lack of your guys haircutting ability. I might still be young but I know when someone is bending me over. I payed money for a good haircut not for me to be embarrassed to walk out my house. To be honest I'm lucky I don't have school because if I did the whole school would be laughing at me. YOU SHOULD BE ASSAMED.

I'm not too particular with my haircuts. If I were I'd have a regular stylist. I don't. I go to the chain place that has the deal or the coupon, which often leads me back to this Great Clips or the one at Highways K and N.
What I've noticed about both locations and their stylists is they seem concerned with speed over accuracy. It's a quick haircut. But when I say I want a quarter of an inch off I'm not including the ears. I want the left side of my head to match the right side. I want the front trimmed neatly.
Great Clips uses professionally trained and state licensed stylists. I'd like to get a haircut without having to remind them of a request or pointing out something they missed.
Since Great Clips started pushing their online check-in it's much more difficult to walk in and expect to be served in 10-15 minutes. Reserve a spot online.

If you're going to make masks mandatoryYou should include that on your website so when people do an online checking drive all the way up there to find out they have to have a mask so I wasted all my time and I have six people after me to be put in the back of the line waste the time you've lost me as a customer for good

I have been going here to get my hair cut for years . It can be a very busy place sometimes so use the online check in to save yourself some time waiting for an open chair.. they are quick but do an awesome job, making sure your hair is cut and styled the way you want it ..
