I checked in online and when I showed up they knew who I was and was able to get seated right away and there was still no wait for me. The girl cutting my hair did a great job and listened to exactly what I wanted. She was super knowledgeable in what she was talking about. Sometimes rare to find that at a great clips, but 100% did at this location.

Been here a few times for minor trims for my Daughter, today she asked for face framing layers and they messed it up big time. I had to make her an appointment elsewhere to fix it. I would say if your getting a men's cut or basic blunt trim that they are ok but nothing complicated.

I still go to Great Clips, only because of coupons which are in the mail. I always have to do some touchup at home afterward but for a 7.99 haircut, I can't complain. I would never pay their regular price because the stylists aren't good enough yet to justify that price.

I know that some people are hesitant to go to great clips and expect a good haircut. However I've gone here a number of times now, and I can always say that I'm pleased when I leave with my haircut. The stylists are friendly and knowledgeable. It's a big deal to trust somebody with your hair, and I repeatedly go back and trust them with mine.
