Carmen took such great care of my son for his first haircut. He's on the spectrum and is sensitive to having his head touched but Carmen was very gentle and worked quickly. Thank you so much for the great experience :)

UNACCEPTABLE- use the cookie cutters app to schedule an appointment with a stylist that works well with your kids weeks out, make your appointment on time just to find out that the operations manager Sophia moves your appointment to a different stylist. At $35 a haircut (I'm paying for two $70 plus tip) and making an appointment 2 weeks out just to be shuffled around because of walk-ins is UNACCEPTABLE!

I was able to schedule a same day appointment with Jasmin. I am always reluctant about my boys haircuts. First I would like to say she is very kind and gave a great consultation for my boys cut and what I wanted. The first cut was amazing. She was patient with my squirmy 4 y/o and his was exactly as I described. I walked away for my oldest cut after the consultation, I thought she understood what I was asking. We discussed in length That she was good at designs/parts. And I said "if you don't feel confident please don't do it". When I walk back over when she was finished the cut looked good, but she said "I tried my best with this part". And my stomach sank. The part wasn't at all what I envisioned I wanted to at least show her a picture. It just wasn't crisp and it was far too long, the part went dang near to the back of his head. I was speechless for a second then I said, "well it's not the worst but that's not what I wanted". I think the cut itself was fine it's the part that messed me up. The salon was cute and kid friendly definitely could have used a deep cleaning-which isn't her fault, the management needs to step in.

I just want to start off by saying Chelia is such an awesome lady. I took my son (Almost 2) to get a hair cut and was lucky enough to have her cut my sons hair. Not only did she do an amazing job but you can tell she is wonderful with children! I couldn't be happier and will definitely be returning and requesting her!! Thank you so much!!

Took my 2 yr old to get his first professional haircut. As soon as we got there he was so excited to sit on the car and airplane seats. He also was able to watch his favorite show to distract him. He cried a little but our stylist Jazmin was amazing. She was sweet, patient and professional with our boy. Loved her and will definitely be back soon.
