We used the ap to check in since it was the weekend and I figured it would be busy. It was, an appreciate the ap letting me get stuff done at home and not sit around waiting at the salon. That said, my son wanted a new change to his hair and the stylist did a great job with it. We were greeted quickly, the salon was clean, I have zero complaints, we will be back.
Store is clean and I was promptly greeted when entering the store. Kacey was very professional and cut my hair exactly how I asked. My wait was short, thanks to app sign in.
I hate to be a negative reviewer but it's twice in a row now that I've gone to Great Clips and had my haircut and then went home to find parts that were missed. I have the simplest haircut ever, which is cutting it all off at the shortest length. I can do it myself if I didn't mind getting the bathroom all hairy. But to avoid that, I am willing to pay $12 plus tip and have it done every week or two. It only takes a couple of minutes, and like I said, it's as simple as can be. But I can never seem to get it done completely at either Great Clips in New Albany. It's very disappointing. I always end up having to take the time to shave it completely since I got rid of my clippers (thinking I'd no longer need them). I need to find somewhere else. Maybe they're fine at doing other cuts where a lack of attention to detail is less glaring... I don't know. But I would not recommend them if you want a short buzz like me.
